  • shuffle question

playing zoom cash games i have been dealt 15 times KK or QQ and running them into AA or KK,AA respectively 15 times in 4000 hands,,,all of them i loose all in, and one time i have dealt AA vs KK and he spikes K on the turn,,,
then in heads up sit and go 4 people 5 times in 5 matches in a row i reached the final table and loose all big all ins that are decisive for the match KK vs AK,A10 vs A7, A9 vs A5, 77 vs A7, QQ vs 99
how it can be possible ,anyone can tell me if the shuffle is fair,,because my downswing last 2 month already and i run like this consistently

Each hand would be something that needs to be looked at. Were the hands bet correctly? Was the way the opp was playing taken into account correctly? Where at and in what type of tourney or cash game? There can be variance runs (I've had plenty of them), but the way the hands are played needs to be looked into, because at least from my history when I started learning about the game, there are probably a number of these types of hands that were misplayed.
Every hand will lost a given % of the time, but if the hands are misplayed in any way, that % can go up much higher.

The integrity of the games is definitely a huge priority for PokerStars and is not compromised. HERE is a link to the page on the RNG and it's certification from Cigital.
