    I have tried to access the Live Training but am having some problems doing so.

    When I try to open the session, I get the message that I am enrolled as a participant, but I only have a blank screen.

    I have shut down the Client and re-booted, but still the same thing happens, I have tried for the last half hour to access this session, it tells me that I am registered and participating but there is nothing on my screen, no matter what I try.

    Are any others having this problem ? or am I the only one ?

    I have registered for the next session and am keeping my fingers crossed that this doesn't happen tomorrow.

    Managed finally to get in, don't know why I couldn't before.

    Didn't do anything special, just kept trying.

    Hope it doesn't happen again, was very annoying.

      Best thing I can say to try is to first, make sure that your flash player is up-to-date, and if that's the case, try a different browser.

        Hey Bill,

        After making sure your browser has the lastest flash version, then clear your cache... that should take care of it going forward.

          Bill my friend has trouble with sound kicking in shes on Windows 8

          Im on Vista and both Internet Explorer 9 and Mozilla Firefox work fine in fact only ever had 1 problem

          So once you find somehting that works for you stick with it(sorry if that sound sobvious wasnt meant too)

          Another browser you may want to try is Google Chrome and there is also Safari(im led to believe)
