• How to improve my membership level?

I joined PSO pretty recently, and have just came back to the wonderful game of poker Im just wondering, if I earn FPPs and VPPs on Stars, does that help upgrade my member level here so I can access more advanced content? Thanks!

    Hello PopsurSocks

    Welcome to PokerSchoolOnline!

Here is a link to help familiarize you with all the features and services available at PSO. Feel free to look around the forum and post any comments or questions you may have.

You are invited to join the PokerSchoolOnline Community Home Games Club. Information on how to join the club may be found HERE. Hope to see you there!

The content at PSO including live training is open to all members. but you need to have earned 150 fpps to particpate in some of the live training classes, we are all equal members here and your contributions are very welcome indeed.

    Good luck at the tables

It's probably worth noting that the levels (20 or 150 FPP) are calculated on a month by month basis - if you want continuous access to 150+ level content, you need to keep earning that level each month.

I have a feeling (though I'm not certain) that you gain access in the month AFTER the one you earn enough points.

Hopefully both of those statements are correct, or someone will correct me.

        Hi PopsurSocks,

Access to restricted training sessions or videos can take as much as 72 hours after having earned the required number of VPPs in any given month, but is usually much quicker than that.

        Hope this helps.

VPP Rank Hi Your VPP rank will carry over into the following month (if you think about it, it is the only logical way it can work). If you earn at least 150 VPPs this month you will still have a rank next month. Kev

You can attend Live Training as a non-participant, even if they are designated 20+ or 150+VPPs, with zero VPPs

This means you cannot use the chat facility to ask questions of or respond to the trainer - but you can watch the whole session - sometimes this helps concentration anyway so not too bad a restriction.

You are limited to the video archive of live training sessions you can access by your VPP level though.

And if you play the skill leagues having 20+VPPs in the Open Skill League or 150+VPPs in the Premier Skill League greatly increases your potential prize - but does not affect any Shooting Stats Leaderboard prizes.
