    STILL NO REPLY!!!! What are my options when I have tried to contact support & security@pokerstars.com at least 10 times with no reply. I had a casout cancelled Sept 8th & can't get any answers why it was cancelled. lbj1944http://www.pokerschoolonline.com/forum/images/smilies/sad.png

      Hello, Unfortunately support@pokerstars.com are the ONLY ones that can help you with this. Moderators here at PSO have no access to members personal accounts so we wouldn't be able to help you I'm afraid.         When and how did you deposit, how much did you play through? Although I don't think StRs have a specific play through requirement I think they do require some sort of effort.

        If you received funds via stars transfer and are trying to cash that out I think they are well within their rights to reject a cash out.
        As RR says above support@pokerstars.com are the only ones who can help in the first instance. If it gets ridiculous then you can lobby via 2+2 and use the leverage of that site to help.
