Is anyone else getting really frustrated with the training software?
Don't get me wrong I really appreciate what PSO is doing. I think the training itself is great, it's improved my game massively in the last few months. I also think that the trainers do a great job, all of them. But the software is driving me nuts.
Cheweys last two sessions have been ruined by software glitches Gareths WCOOP 17 video offers great advice but is unwatchable and the amount of time the trainers have to spend every session faffing with interference from other tables is really annoying. Just have a look in the archive.
I'm sure that PSO are aware of this but its getting to the stage where I think that those of us who use the facility need to make the point that it does require some urgent attention.
Thanks for bearing with my mini rant.

Hi Robin, No worries with the rant, we totally understand your frustration and believe me we do our very best to try and get you the best quality available. The recent live training issue was the result of a PokerStars client update that was not compatible with the training tool. As for the videos, some versions of Abobe Flash won't play them, also Google Chrome can be very temperamental when trying to view them. I have problems myself with Chrome but thankfully using the Firefox browser with the latest version of Adobe Flash I can view them without trouble. As always the technical team are happy for you to submit errors here, just let us know what browser you are using, what version of Windows, what version of Adobe flash you have and what video you were trying to view and will do our best to assist. Hi Royal,
Yes I realise that you are probably doing all you can and I was, to be honest, letting off a bit of steam. It isn't a browser problem that's causing the errors however, it’s other tables that the trainers have open interfering with the tables where they are trying to make a point. I hope the problem has been resolved but to be honest Chewy was having major hassles last night.
