any type of jackpot would cause the rake to go up, in order to cover it. The smallest rake possible is BETTER for the players (as you'll make more $$ over time due to less being taken out). Yes, you could get lucky, but over time, it will lower your return percentage.

Limit full kill games.... only played in a casino twice. The only drawback I saw... the kill pots ended up being 9 handed hands, where everyone stays regardless.... and it costs you double to stay in them. Yes, you could hit he big pot... but the odds of you losing to a much worse hand (that would normally drop) works against you in the long term.

Don't get me wrong, that I wouldn't play them short-term, but would not play with the higher rake and crazier tables for a long period of time... if I had a choice..... becuase it will work against me long-term.

kill tables are where if the same person wins 2 hands in a row... the stakes of the game double.

ex: a 3/6 kill table has player 1 win two pots in a row.... the next hand has limits of 6/12.

When a player wins two pots in a row the stakes are double. Applies to limit poker.

e.g. In a 3/6 game the stakes would become 6/12 for the next hands until that player does not win. The kill player HAS TO post the minimum bet
