  • Welcome to the Poker Room Management forum!

    Hello all,

It's a great pleasure for me to open the Poker Room Management section here on the Poker School Online forum. We intend to use this space to communicate with you – our players, both in terms of us giving information about issues that affect the games, and you giving us feedback that can be useful for improving your experience in our poker room.

Poker Room Management is the department in PokerStars that deals most directly with the games. We decide which games should be in the lobby at any given time, and set all the relevant parameters that are connected to the games (for example blind levels and payout structures for tournaments and min and max buy-ins for ring games. We are also involved in the planning process of new software features, so it can be useful for you to contact us here if you have an idea that you think will improve any of our many poker clients, both on desktop and mobile devices.

Initially, we will mainly cover questions about Sit & Go (both cash and satellites) as well as Spin & Go. Depending on our joint experience of this, we might expand this to cover more of our games in the future. The Poker Room Management forum itself will not be an active one, so our interaction will take place in the sub-forums, which currently consists only of the Sit & Go and Spin & Go forum you can see above this post. There will be a couple of sticky posts at the top there, and I suggest that you read them before creating a new thread.

With that said, I really look forward to hearing from you. Whether you’re posting criticism, praise, or suggestions, please maintain civility by being respectful to everyone involved in the discussions.

    Thanks,
    Baard
