I just watched the 2009 WSOP final table.. and to my amazement and salute.. I got to give the thumbs up to the young 21 year old Cada..

Here is one question.. Sorry.. for the noobness..

I saw 2013 champion was Reiss.. But i remember youtubing for videos and saw WSOP champion was Phil Ivey..

So .. my question here is.. How many types of wsop are there? lolz

Hi exit11967! Cada and Reiss won the main event. Ivey has won some of the other events. This year, there were 65 WSOP bracelet events (covering a broad selection of games and buy-in levels), of which only one is the main event. Hope this helps and good luck at the tables.umbup: John (JWK24) P.S. there are also a number of non-bracelet events that are played.

correct. Ivey has won 10 bracelets (per Wikipedia), but not the main event.

I saw him in the one he won this year. He was down to two tables at that point, when I was in another event.

I wasn't in the 8-game event that he won, but I was in the monster stack event (played for 2 days and bubbled it).

There are many bracelets to be won in WSOP tornament games many people haven't even heard of f.ex. Razz, 7card stud and Omaha just to name a few. There are also different buyin amounts like JWK24 mentioned. But still the Texas no limit holdem main event is still the most popular. Hope this helps : )

It WILL happen in those too. In a WSOP Circuit event a year ago, I had a guy punt off his entire 10k starting stack in the first 4 hands.
