Ebay is probably your best bet (online anyway). Several different sellers always have a large selection of chips on hand. Look for the 11.5 Clay chips. I got a set of 505 with case for just over $130 (it also came with two decks of cards, used from casino play, and 6 craps dice). Despite what the ads say, you can specify the chip counts in email when you win the bid (the guy I got my from said EBAY won't allow them to say you can choose your own colors/amounts as you have to auction specific items).

I purchased a set like Greggar described (example - http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...item=740948011) and had them hot stamped with my initials. While these are a vast improvement over thin plastic chips, they are not as nice as high quality casino chips.

I am now considering purchasing a new set. I like the looks of the Professional Fan of Cards in Case (http://www.5stardeal.com) but I really salivate over some of the custom chips I have seen (http://www.casinocom.com/ChipSale/melissa.htm).

I guess it is really a matter of budget; are you willing to spend $0.30, $0.70 or $1.25 per chip?

ps ; Know anyone with the initials MJE? I have a custom set all ready for them, lol!
