How to post hands for analysis in our forum...

In order to have your hands analyzed in our forum you will need to obtain the original English PokerStars hand history files from the PokerStars client.

You can obtain those hand history files in two ways:

    1. Instant Hand History at the table

During or after your session at the table you can click on „Previous“ located at the top left corner of the PokerStars table. Select the hand you would like to post and copy it to your clipboard. Also see attached picture 1.

    2. Request Hand History from the lobby

You can also use the „Request > Hand History“ option to have a selection of hand histories in a text file sent to your e-mail address. Also see attached picture 2.

Once you have obtained your hand history files have to convert them using our hand replayer which is located here:

    http://www.pokerschoolonline.com/replayer/

Convert your hands, then post the code/link to your hand in our forum. For a detailed instruction on how to use the hand replayer please read this article.
You will have to select and post at least 5 hand histories for analysis in the forum.

Use the following criteria to determine which hands you should post for analysis:

    1. Big losses: Choose at least one hand in which you lost a pot of more than $2

    2. Doubtful decisions: Choose at least one hand in which you doubted whether a decison you made was correct

    3. Hands with turn and/or river decisions: Choose at least one hand in which you had to take a turn and/or river decision

You will have to post at least 5 hand histories for analysis in this way. If you comply to these rules our hand analysis team will evaluate your hands and decide whether the next bonus money will be released to your account.

Please see instructional pictures on how to request your hand histories below:
