@Dan - thx!! I didn't mean to leave it for somebody else to let Stars know ... I just couldn't decide if it was something they would want to know about, or if it was an old link that had just become obsolete (maybe because the offer wasn't available any more), or if they were to busy and had other things to do ... on the other hand, I thought maybe if it was available, other people might want to see it too, so then there was that ... was still deciding whether or not to write somebody ... anyways, thx

@Roomik - ya, I guess it's kind of the same There seems to be a bunch of different stuff that people are calling 'poker journals', eh? When I couldn't get the link to work, I searched on google to see if I could find a download from somewhere else, and yeah the search returned a couple of poker blogs people had called their journals. And then were a bunch of links to downloads and apps that seem to do what Holdem Manager does - keeps track of games and hands and stuff. It sounds like people are using it to keep track of live games - like it lets you take photos of people and make notes on other players, and then put in data of where you played, how much you went up/down, make notes of hands, etc?

This journal, if it's still available, I was thinking of trying to use it as more of like a post-game assessment tool, like as something a little more personal ... for reflection and stuff? I guess a blog could be used the same way All I'm hoping to use it for though is like instead of just sitting around all frustrated and stuff after something's gone awry, and feeling like geez I played that last hand like such a donk, I guess I'm hoping having the little form might instead force me to articulate that like it was awfully risky to 4bet shove to try and isolate the short-stack when I didn't yet know enough about the new person who just came to the table who had played every single hand so far ( AJo lost to 52s ) . Stuff like that I guess ... a lot of hand-specific stuff?
I guess it could go in a blog too But mine's gonna be secret I've sort of been doing that every once in a while, just typing stuff up on my iPad, but it's not very organized or regular or anything like that ... I'll see if it helps ...
