  • 8 Game

So I'm messing around with play money to waste time between free-rolls, and I discover 8 game, so I sign up to one of the sit n' go's and discovered I'm in love with it

just wondered if anyone else shares the love:p

I do enjoy the 8-game. After playing it awhile, though, I realized how far I need to go to be proficient at each game. I play 8-game from time to time and it's a lot of fun, but wow I need help with draw.

I feel the same about Razz, that game takes lots of my concentration XD

I think it also pointed out a lot of points I need to tighten up on as well , especially in the Texas section.

yeah it is a great game, holdem can get very stale after a year or two Used to play it on full tilt quite often but that aint happening anytime soon
You might be a king or a little street sweeper, but sooner or later you'll dance with the reaper.

I played 8-game in the 2500 play money sit and goes. I actually had fun with them.
          1. I also play 2-7 but have strayed from triple draw to single draw.
          2. I like Omaha and did well here
          3. Of course Holdem!
          4. I started to get the hang of razz.

But I never tried real money, felt like I did not want to jinx what I had going in play money.

I'm finding 7-2 odd ball my favourite out the 8 game at the moment , though I might try single draw. I use to play a lot of Omaha but found draws were too temperamental :/
