I have a naive question here perhaps but I am not computer savvy; I'm travelling with my laptop in the states for 1 week, will I be able to log on to PS given that my URL is Canadian??

An old email, similar situation, different country

    Hello XXXX,

    Thank you for contacting PokerStars.

Please note that owing to the licence game granted by Italian
authorities, is at the moment not accessible from
Italy. The .IT software is reserved to Italian players and not
    compatible with your account 'AlphaAero'.

Unfortunately, while you are in Italy, we are unable to supply
you with the software or assist you in playing on .COM.

You can login to your account provided you have a pre-installed on your computer (for example, you have your
    laptop with you).

We are extremely sorry for the inconveniences and please let us
know if you have any other queries.

        Quoting from

"# May I play if I ordinarily live outside the United States, but I am visiting the United States?

        # It is not permitted to play for real money while in the United States under any circumstances. Even if you are simply visiting, you may not play on PokerStars while you are there. "

Also your IP (internet provider) adress will be from the States while there, even though you're canadian. So I'd say not to play and wait to return.

          Looks pretty clearcut then.

          Enjoy your holiday.
