  • not talking bad beats

    hey folks,

not talking a bad beat story, this is just poker, and these things happen.

    so here is my day,

    played 3 games,

    game #1

my AA gets beat by J5o

    game#2

my AK gets beat by AJ when the flop comes up JJJ

game #3 my A9 flops comes A95, GO ALL IN, river comes J, HE SHOWS AJ

no bad beat story, this is just poker,

So what to do, shake it off, get a drink or 10, and get back to havin fun,

    cheers all

the reason l posted this was to give you my mind set on how to over come tilt,

poker is gambling, in gambling there is no for sure thing, l will let peeps like thelangolier tell you how to play the game, l for one have no clue on that,

but what l have learned is not to tilt, took me years, and yes it still comes once and a while, but not often.

        so in short,

bad beats, suck outs, or just a bad day

expect it to happen, and it will not hurt as bad

        cheers

I know when I log on to a poker site I have no control over the cards just my play, and if I lose then brush it off and put the o'l war helmet on and try again. Peace eff and good thread umbup: - UDS Dry

hiccup...great post eff. The two biggest things I've learned here, would be to control tilt a bit and br mgmt. And those two alone will make a huge difference in anyone's game. umbup:
