  • final table and bubble phase?

How do you play a sit in go tournament with 27 people with a buy in of $11? the pay out is top 5 places. I mean you get to the final table and now also its the bubble phase of the tournament. So how do I approach in playing the phase of the tournament?

If you have now reached the FT, you are playing 9-handed poker. You are playing a 9-man SNG at this point.
What type of chips are you setting behind?
You should know something about at least 1/2 the opponents, do you have the weak or aggro players on your right or left?
Where are the big stacks sitting, mostly on your right or left?
What are your goals in the game, do you want to win or are you concerned about cashing?

A simple situation, if you are among the short stacks (<12bb's) & will soon blind out; you must look for a spot to get your chips into the pot to double up or steal blinds. You can't win/cash unless you have chips.
How soon will the blinds go up?
Will the other short stacks go through the blinds before or after you?

If you are at or near the bubble, you have to look at some of the same considerations as when you were playing the FT bubble & those mentioned above.

If you have a super short stack & one of the other players will blinds out before it gets to you; you may decide cashing is a major concern because the pay-outs are rather flat in 27's.

If you have an average/medium stack; you can put pressure on the other medium/average stacks that act behind you. Have you identified the players that are playing tight? You should know who is willing to play & who is trying to cash before they play a hand.

Do you have a sheriff on a big stack on your left?

There is no simple solution to how to play FT in a 27 player format. Table dynamics somewhat control what you can & should do depending on your goals for playing the SNG.

Do you play lots of volume numbers for long term gains?
Are you playing a few games a week to slowly build a bank roll?

Shove all ur buttons and blind vs blinds theres a quik start, on bubble some people play diffrent some prefer min raising every chance they get folded to em and some prefer shoving ever time, then u have those u play very tight ahh its all depends on ur game and ur own approach i guess.............
