  • Is it a coincidence?

This may have been brought up, or may just be general knowledge, but I've noticed after alot of hands where there was what could be called a "bad beat" the table is immediately closed. Is it just a coincidence and that table was broken up to fill other tables or is this a form of preventing harassing comments and what not? It kinda sucks if you're playing at a decent table and are the person knocked out because sometimes I like to watch a few hands after. This is an example where it happened to me in this mornings PSO game. It's not a real question of concern, just something I've noticed.

Just a coincidence there derailed. Welcome to the forum btw.
I don't think that ps knows when a "bad beat" is handed out.
I know that many, many times, when a player is handed a perceived one, that the losing player goes on a rant insulting the winning hand player, so no, it doesn't happen all the time.
Take care and best o' luck,

Tables break when the number of players is exactly divisable by nine. So if there are 901 players left in the tournament and you bust someone, your table will brake.

Correct coincidence. Table could break at any time someone goes out.

Another really annoying habit that PS has, is moving someone from a full table ( Just when you know how to play them at last ) and replaces them immediately with another player with a similar stack size.

So it obviously isn't to balance tables or stack sizes.

Thanks for the quick replys and the welcome. It does get pretty annoying but seems understandable. Guess I just notice it more after these types of hands, whether I'm involved or not.
