  • Advice for live play

I would like some opinions regarding a live tournament im entered in Las Vegas in March. It is a re-buy tournament - im not sure as to the exact rules of the rebuy but I would gather u can re-buy probably till the 2nd round or something. Now my main queestion is this - Ive heard a pros mention on rebuy tournament if you have any kind of starting hand in the first few hands push all in even push in BLIND because you have the possibility of doubling up. However you could end up increasing your opponents hand also - what is a good course of action???
Would you (provided you are NOT a donk and most times play ABC poker) shove all in blind?? the re-buy is $ 165 main prize is 5k cash and 15k casino chips.

Anything would be helpful since my live play is not as strong as my online game ( I play in a night leaque once a week) and have not had results like I have online.
    cheers The Hamster

some are not an all in rebuy - you need one chip left in order to rebuy so check that out first.

and i'll leave the advice up to someone else who might be good at poker.
