  • Self inflected "Tilt"

I experinced major tilt today, im not normaly rattled my by a unlucky board on any street, but this hand particulairy put me on major tilt that i could not shake. This is how the hand broke down.

AKs vs ak, and yes i had the suited big slick, 6 handed game. Im in the bb (big blind) their was 4 limpers then the button limps in, sb folded, So i raise 6xbb everyone folds but the the limping button, he raises, he doubles my bet, so at this point i having diffacult time putting this player on a hand. Only thing he could have is a mid to small pocket pair, im thinking. (LATER ON I RELIZE I WASN'T THINKING) So i reraise hoping he would fold his small/med pocket par, but he dose not he goes all-in. So yes i call. AKs vs AK So He hit his four running harts to take down the pot. The reason i was put on major tilt, was not the 4 running hearts but the fact i invested half my stack with AKs in such a early stage of the tourney. Well lesson learned. please input or experince of similiar hands would really help shake this tilt. Oh my question should i be so hard on my self. I say YES!!! urgh
