    Hi vj,

Any reason you are truly thinking of not calling here?

The SB's PFR is pretty low (3Bet probably doesn't mean much on 42 hands) but QQ is strong enough to call off here against pretty much anyone.

    Just ignore the results.

    Cheers

@ahar010, because this is a very crucial stage of the tournament and I am longing for sometime now to get to the final table. I am also not sure if any of my previous actions have induced a shove from him with A4s. Is this a standard shove as well OR could be because of my previous actions?

I would probably have folded if I were A4s in this spot!! Would that be right thing to do?

It doesn't look like that crucial of a stage even on the bubble I think this would be a call. You don't want to be playing scared here trying to squeak onto the final table. Just make sure you're playing within your bankroll and ride out the final table drought.

I haven't seen any of your previous actions and your own HUD stats aren't included, so I can't really comment if you have induced this shove some how. But if there's any chance you are inducing shove that makes calling even better.

I would be surprised to see a A4s with such tight stats. But having an Ace blocker does improve the SB's chances of winning with a 3bet shove, so doesn't matter too much about his kicker. I don't think I'd shove A4s myself with 16BBs unless you were getting way out of line. You don't need to be quite that aggressive to be a big winner at $2.20 stakes.

On a side note if you were raising a weaker hand or thinking about folding to a 3bet you should raise smaller than 3BB. Probably 2.5BB would be plenty.

        Cheers
        Andy
