    Hi adi,

I presume most unknowns aren't limp/calling pre with AK or QQ (thanks for the stats shot on level 2, but still unknown at your decision point since you only have 18 hands, so never played with them before). So hands in is range beating us = K9, 98. Hands we are beating: TT, 44, AQ, QJ, QT, KQ/KJ/KT if he's aggro. And that's just the hands that make sense. I know from doing reviews in the $1.50 games there is a ton of play that makes no sense and people lose their minds with all sorts of nonsense. So my inclination is to move it all in here with the set on the turn even though the check/raise normally shows a lot of strength.

I like a raise pre to 100 to iso the limper. Flop bet is fine. Turn I would bet bigger than half the pot... top pair didn't change, and a number of his 1 pair flop calls have turned a straight draw as well, so we're not extracting enough value here imo from his worse 1 pair/draw hands.

But I was sniffing AK in his range, coz you told me that baluga's theorem is 90% correct. And it is correct for recreational players.

So I opted to make a idiotic nitty catious ultra-safe play which is it -EV play in long term. I choose to flat his turn check-raise and re-evaluate on river (mabve fold to a river shove only)

        Now see this:

        - I don't think I can fold to such a good price on the river he is giving although I am 90% sure he has AK, can I fold?

          Never, ever fold this river.

Re-read the baluga theorem... it applies to 1 pair hands. There are a lot of hands in his turn check/raising range that beat 1 pair, but don't be a set of J's.
