Not really sure about what i should be doing on this hand. Do you prefer to just flat the flop min raise and see a turn or just get it in on a dry board. cheers, Ads

    Hi adsthepro777

I would elect to get it in on the flop more often than not as it's hard for us to have the worst hand. Having said that I think that there is an argument for just calling villains min raise in hope of check calling a pot sized bet/shove on the turn. If we know that villain is capable of bluffing in these spots then I think calling flop with the intention of getting it in on the turn is best. I wouldn't expect a solid player to attempt a bluff this spot very often at all because of the stack to pot ratio and your bet sizing (which is on the large side) and not to mention that it's such an unbelievable line to take so it definitely would take a noticeably aggressive and bad player to attempt a bluff here.

Either line is fine though, there's certainly nothing wrong with getting it in on the flop but against them overly aggressive players I think slow playing our hand would be best.

I couldn't help but notice your bet sizing preflop and post flop, it''s too big.We will get the same job done with a smaller raise preflop and when we nail a flop as hard as this we want villains to stick around... we shouldn't be betting 2/3rds of the pot as this is likely to make them fold their medium pairs and it will put them off of playing back at you.

    Cheers, Chris.
