Hi kykkylik! With AK from the hijack, when it folds to me, I can go about this two ways. I can either open-shove or I can make a standard raise to 450 (3BB+1BB for each limper). I am not going to raise to less than this, as I don't want to give the opps the correct odds to stay in the hand with me. If they're going to try to outdraw me, I want them to expect to lose chips, not to gain chips. If I do make a standard opening raise, then on the flop, I will make a c-bet. The key here is the sizing. With one opp, I need to bet 1/2 pot... BUT.. this bet is going to be over 1/3 of my stack due to the standard raise, so since I'm pot-committed, I need to shove the flop. With the stack that I have, I'm never folding here as my stack is too low to raise/fold. I either need to shove preflop or do a stop-and-go and shove the flop... either way, my chips are going into the middle and I'm seeing all 5 cards on the board. Hope this helps and good luck at the tables.umbup: John (JWK24)

I prefer a minraise preflop so well played there.
On the flop you can check and give up, or bet and be willing to shove any turn.
As played I am calling turn.
