With 13 BB's it's fold for me, so you expect him to have what? I would shove with 4-5 bb's but not with 13bb's, you will be ahead there not so often with T9.

You can make this play for two reasons, to get called or to pick up the blinds.

      To pick up the blinds:

      - He calls you a lot given his VPIP of 50%, giving you less chance to get a fold. However, I don't think you are looking to steal in this spot given the stacksizes. Just remember you have close to no folding equity versus a guy playing 50% of his hands. Given the relative stacksizes he may even call you way looser.

      To get called:

      - If you are doing this to get a double up, consider that 9Ts is a dog versus a 50% range. You are even losing to a 75% calling range here. Better hands may come around at some point soon. Also if he is a little stupid he may even lose his stack to the other bigstack.

      I would fold this.

        Hi again,

I agree, you have an overlay from the pot but absolutely no fold equity and ten high. Open shoving this would be fine imo but with zero fold equity now because the loose guy has already opened to 3x, I would pass it (and be willing to shove the next hand very wide into the BB if this guy folds his button, or shove very wide UTG, both cases of which you'll have fold equity as well).
