Hi glenn161274! With 22 from the BB, since my stack is deep enough, I'm more than happy to call the min raise to setmine. The flop gives me my set and here is where I need to make a lead bet. There are both possible straights and a flush draw out there and I do not want to check and possibly give either opp a free card to their draw that could beat me. Since there are two opps in the hand, I'll bet 2/3 pot here (120). If there was only 1 opp in the hand, I'd bet 1/2 pot. The button bets 2/3 pot and the SB min raises it. Now, I need to 3-bet in order to price out the draws and will raise to 3X the previous bet, 720. I don't want to overbet shove, as it will normally accomplish having the worse hands fold and only the better ones call. If the opp 4-bets me, I'm absolutely going to call. Unfortunately, the SB flopped a higher set and there's nothing that I can do about that. However, when I flop the set, I do not want to check and possibly give a free card, I want to get value for my set by leading into the pot here. Hope this helps and good luck at the tables.umbup: John (JWK24)

One of those things. If you don't go broke here you're an idiot, a pyscic or a pokerstars programmer. (case 2 not withstanding).
