I play mostly in the Open League and I am ranked consistently between 100 and 150.

I track data from each turnament and I note that I typically see the Flop in about 25% of the hands that are dealt. I also track my results Post Flop and I find that I win about 40% of the hands that I see a Flop in.

    Two Questions:

    1. Am I seeing too many Flops? (i.e my hand selection is too loose)

    2. Does my Win to Flop ratio seem too low, too high or about right?

**moved to more appropriate forum JWK24** Hi dallasroad! In cash tourneys, I aim to see 20% flops (with the least from the blinds). In a league game, I need to be much more conservative due to the point structure, so I'm going to be in the 10-15% range. The other number that I would look at is my win at showdown percentage and I want to have that in the 75-80% or better range, as I don't want to be showing down bad hands. The key in the league games is to not take chances and to never be all-in unless I know that I'll be ahead after all the cards are on the board. Hope this helps.umbup: John (JWK24)
