Hi RomeWu! With AQs, I would make a std raise preflop in position. At lower blind levels, I use 3BB+1BB for each limper, but since the blinds have increased, I lower it to 2.5BB+1BB for each limper (I switch at 100/200 normally). There is one limper before me, so I'll raise to 3.5BB or 1400. The flop brings 3 unders, so I need to see if I should call the opp's lead bet. To call, I would nee to put 1200 into a pot that will be 7700 (15.6%). If all of my outs are good, then I have 3 outs for the aces and 3 more for the Q's, or 6 outs or 12% hand equity to the turn. If someone has an A or Q, especially with a higher kicker or another pair on the board, then my hand equity could be cut in half or I could even be drawing dead. Since the hand equity is much lower than the pot equity, I'll muck here on the flop. One key with playing poker is that once I fold a hand, forget that the hand even existed. This will help to keep players from tilting when they fold a hand that would have won the hand. Hope this helps and good luck at the tables.umbup: John (JWK24)

Don't think so. You had good odds to the River. I prefer to call in this situation , if I can see a cheap river.
