Hi CZDonkey! What type of tourney is this from? SNG or MTT? How many are left (is this the final table if a SNG)? In most cases, I'm going to make a std raise here, to 800 and re-evaluate after the flop. AQs has a lot of potential, but as of now, it's only ace high. The one situation where I would just complete here is with a very aggro opponent, that I'd be worried about 3-bet shoving. While AQs is a hand with great potential, I'm not calling a big stack shove with it here, as the stacks are too deep. Either way, I'd want to see the flop before I make another decision in the hand against a larger stack. If it was against a small stack, then I would be more likely to shove and have them make a decision for their tourney life.... but against a larger stack, I want to be sure I've got the best hand before shoving. Hope this helps and good luck at the tables.umbup: John (JWK24)
