rebuy just ended now the problem is that i don't have read on this player because im not paying attention because everybody is just playing maniac and everybody is chasing their draws when you can still rebuy so i don't know what my opp is doing
Sorry, this hand was deleted by its owner
but when someone double float then shoves at the river is I think they have 2 pair A and other one float on the flop one pair the ace 2 pair am i right? but too early for me to gamble so i let him bluff me if he was bluffing

Hi Marvin! I know it's a rebuy and the players will sometimes be playing differently after the rebuy's over, compared to before, but I'm watching every move from anyone an entire tourney, to not only get a read on the opps, but to see if I can pick up a tell. I like the std open here, with AQs when it's folded to me. I'd have done the same thing. The flop misses and has a flush draw. When the opp checks, unless they have a history of check/raising flops, I would c-bet here and I would use 1/2 pot as the amount since it prices out a flush draw. The turn hits an A, giving AQ top pair good kicker. The opp checks again and I absolutely would value bet top pair here. I also like the 1/2 pot amount, since it also prices out both flush draws. The river K completes a straight and could also make 2 pair. The opp now decides to shove. A pair of aces is either way ahead or way behind here and I wish there was a read on the opp. If the opp had been shoving a number of rivers or making larger bluffs, then it could be a bluff and I'd be tempted to call. Without a read on the opp, I'd fold here, as the stack that I would be left with is still very playable. Tough situation, but without a read on the opp, I would muck the river. Hope this helps and good luck at the tables.umbup: John (JWK24)
