      Hi 0HighTimes0!

Here is a link to the hand replayer. There is a link on that page for the instructions on how to use it. Please use the replayer if possible, as it will make looking at the hand easier for everyone. I do see that in this particular hand, you would have to change the first line of it from PokerStars Hand to PokerStars Game.

Is this hand from a league game, or another freeroll?

If this is a league game, since early in the tourney, I would fold 68s preflop from any position other than if I saw the flop for free from the BB. Yes, I could get lucky and win a good pot, but with losing points if I go out of the tourney early, to me, it's not worth the risk. Points for making it farther into the tourney are too important.

If it's for an example, an astronomer tourney and you know that the opps won't raise preflop, then I think it's ok to limp here to see the flop. In these tourneys, I would need to amass a large number of chips to get a ticket, so the risk seeing the flop if it is for the price of a BB is worth the possible reward.

The flop is top pair/bad kicker with a gutshot straight draw (if a 7 hits) and also contains a heart flush draw. With 140 in the pot, an opp bets 580 and the next opp shoves, raising it to 630. This would be an instant muck from me due to these reasons.
If a 7 hits, I get a straight, but it may not be the best hand (someone could still draw a flush or have a higher straight). If a 6 hits the board, someone could draw and hit a flush or draw to a straight, or even already have a straight. If an 8 hits the board, an opp could easily have a 7 for a straight.
Due to having to put almost 1/2 my stack into the pot in a situation where even if I hit an out, I'm not sure that I'll be ahead, I would fold in this situation.

Hope this helps and it's nice to get lucky!

      John (JWK24)
