  • early loss in cowboys game tonight

Pretty sure I didn't really do anything wrong. Was I right to reraise or should I just have called? But the hand bites since it was only 15 minutes into the tourney, and this wiped my chip stack (left me with ~ 3BB which I lost pretty quick)

    Just poker though..

Preflop, instead of the min raise, I'd have raised it to 480.
Like the flop bet and like the call. They could have a set, but could also have a broadway striaght draw or a worse K or other hands you're ahead of.

actually, the more I think about this.. the more I think I should have known to fold to the raise on the flop. After all I only had top pair top kicker, and should have thought, what hand would he have to raise preflop and then raise allin on that board..

I'm too used to playing against the donks where that would be a call without a second thought

true there were hands I could have been ahead of.. and you don't win tournaments without taking risks after all

Chris would say, dont make ur decisions based on how bad other people play, make your decisions on if they play it perfectly. This way they other people will never surprise you

But in this case, top pair kings with Ace kicker I would of called the all-in as well. I think its pretty much +EV all the time. And you never know when someone hits pocket pairs. UL i guess
