It's unnecessary counting an ICM where it not needed. You are far from the ITM,so what cEV is right, there will be right. You can't play scared, especially not as a chip leader. These are a dream situations, where you can bully the small and middle stacks,AKs on both situation is a nut hand.

KQo: Yeah, but you also played it wrong on turn. It's a shove at these SPR,not just raise.
Sorry if my English is sucks, this is not my mother language, and i'm using it rarely in my real life.

How far is too far from ITM?

why bother bullying the small stacks when I can let them take themseleves out.

AK suited or not is only A high

ICM is only for bubble spots, so basically at or extremely near the exact bubble... and for FT pay jumps.

do we have enough chips to get the ticket by folding to it... if so, AA is a fold.

Grade b, you definitely played that game correctly, you had plenty of chips to cruise to a ticket and no reason to play a hand. There have been many strategy articles about satellites, and they all say that even AA is a correct fold once you are guaranteed a ticket. Well played!
