  • 25NLH ZOOM difficult decision with QQ in BB on the Turn

Hi all! I have QQ in the BB at a 25NLH zoom . After a 2 x raise and a call i decided to 3-bet 10x for protecting my hand. The button called. On the flop i bet 80% of pot for protecting my hand again for being flushed out. The turn brings an A and i was put in a difficult decison. I checked and he bet the pot very quickly. From the way he played the hand i put him on the following 3 types of hands. 1. Draws. Something like 57 of spades because he just called the inital 2 x raise. 2.AJ,AQ suited. I think he would 4 bet an AK from the button. 3.maybe a pair of Jacks and a try to bluff me with that A coming. I was not sure what to do and when i am not sure i prefer just folding. Maybe you can help me to solve this puzzle Regards!

    Hi sharp,

Fine to the turn... I actually like betting again. I think the villain will have a fair number of draws (non-ace) that will continue, as well as perhaps some pairs, because this is a card that we would be expected to bet to represent even when we don't have it. Bet and fold to a raise imo, rather than check and call a modest bet. Once we have reads one line can become clear over the other.

As played, I agree with folding to the big bet.
