Was reraise allin on flop correct from $EV perspectives?

Hi KootB! The ICM calculator that I use won't accept using 2 limpers, so I'll go with a limp from the SB. If I put this in with the stack sizes, I get a +tourney EV shove of 99+, AQs+ AKo. A3s is nowhere near this range, so even if the added 200 chips from the other opp can widen my shove range a small percentage... I'm still nowhere near A3s being in the range. Due to this, I'm checking preflop. I flop a nut flush draw and a gutterball nut straight draw. If all 12 outs are good, then I have 48% hand equity if I shove and due to the chips that are already in the pot, I'll be well below this for pot equity if I shove... so as the tourney short stack... I'M ALL IN! Hope this helps and good luck at the tables.umbup: John (JWK24)

      Thanks for the response.

Didn't expect Villain 7 to come along, but even against Villain 1 I figured he was certain to call my allin so I was ~45% against 1:2 pot odds so from that perspective an allin was good.

But, I wasn't sure re: SNG $EV. For this I thought I was 45% to improve my 10% of total chips to 30% of total chips vs. 55% to lose my $10% of chips and be out. Based on this rough calculation, I think it was +$EV (more important than just +chipEV) to get allin. Does that make sense?

What makes this an easier shove is that I'm the short stack... so since I'm not currently in a money position, I've got a whole lot less to lose.

They limp in its 4 handed and you got less than 7 bbs simply jam all in pre flop easiest decision in world here tbh
