  • Trouble folding a set, how should I have played this hand?

I always find it hard folding such a high set, how should I have played this hand? Any help is appreciated.

Any reason not to 4bet preflop?
I would probably call too as a 4bet probably folds all hands that beat us.

    OTF is fine.
The turn-card is horrible. We are almost always beat now. Betting is throwing away money.
Any ace made the nutstraight and will call or shove. KK is not gonna fold.
I can only think of TT as the one hand that might give value. That hand will not bet this turn.

So I would check OTT and hope to get to the river cheap. Maybe we boat up, if not, give up.

      We Need to ask questions
Such as What hands does the villain do this with?
Next What hands can I beat?
Next can I Bluff/value bet or call.

So what type of player was the villian? Loose tight passive agressive? this will help us know if we are ever ahead or not.
