This is what? Villain turns a deuce and donks river Ace. Terminology "called with 2nd pair" - is that 5th pair? OK only 4 sets crush me or a 53 / KJ worth a call? No post flop betting 10c on the river do we fold to 40c?

    Hey Forest,

I think here is a : 'Turn my hand into a bluff catcher'. He is not really 'crushing' you with that min river donk, I mean the guy is a peach, and actually tells you he has the minimum on that board

Ps : yes, 0.40c is a call (for me) - just because his line makes no sense and you should bluff catch. Question is : do we call pot size or larger ?

Yes shoim bigger bet, what to do?

Messed up my posting in this thread - betting line. No action villain leads river "not a donk" and also they were not the caller with 2nd pair / or 5th - we call with only 1 pair. I mess up trying to post using poker terminology.

I'd probably just bet turn and fold out some small pairs plus defend our picked up equity a little, but checking is fine too ofc.

I would also call river for any amount up to pot. Don't want to use the result here as the reasoning but people do tend to bet all sorts of stuff in my experience for no particular reason except that checking seems too weak to them
