  • 25nl 6max Zoom, best play otr?

I flat pre with a recreational player otb that covers me and also another in the bb. BB has 0.5 agg through a small hand sample, and is 33/11. Otf I elect to c/raise pretty big due to stack size with the button. When the bb flats me I expect their range to be a lot of pairs plus draws and flush draws. Turn is probably the worst card in the deck for me, and villain checks back. This surprised me and makes the river interesting. Villain has a wtsd of 33% of 0% wsd through 6 samples. Is a shove for value the best play here? I thought it was a strange spot and think maybe villain is skewed towards two pair and sets otr now instead of draws like i thought otf. I think it might be tough to get paid by that part of villains range with a shove though, so maybe betting a smaller amount?

I'd develop a leading range here 4 way, and would definitely include this hand in it.

As played i'd shove river for value vs a fish.

I thought it was quite unlikely it checks around 5 way so I didn't lead here. Is that a mistake?

I would lead 3/maybe 4 way for sure with a range. 5 way pots aren't exactly standard so it's not a spot I'm sure of.

Given that this is a board which will be c-bet fairly often both x/r or leading can be good. x/r will sometimes get us into trouble on club/boardpairing turns so I prefer leading a little bit over x/r.

As played I can't really argue for/against shoving or check/folding. My gut would tell me to check/fold but I can maybe see an argument for actually betting some small amount here ot get his scared sets/2 pair to call. Don't expect those to ever shove or him to have a hand that he could be turning into a bluff against a smallish bet.
