Hi, villain is a maniac. Turn I think it's an easy call since we're quite deep-ish. But on the River I'm not sure. Not many hands that we beat (broadways either have two pair or a straight). Thanks

River is a fold for sure. Villain has 2 pair minimum here.
Flop and turn call are OK considering we're drawing to the nuts.
We could have maybe opted for a raise OTF in order to try to slow the villain down OTT or GII OTF.

      Hi guys,

I must have an outdated definition of a maniac. Mine doesn't include "only bets river with 2 pair+" in the description.

He does have broadways that aren't 2 pair fp_boss: KQ/KJ/QT/JT. You're also beating a ton of worse 1 pair hands. And all random bluffs... which I believe happens to be a staple play of the maniac.

Vs a legit maniac, top pair is way too strong to fold, imo. So he's got QJ or flopped a set this time. Good on him. Calling down a maniac (if we've properly identified him) with a strong top pair hand is going to be hugely profitable in the long run.
