    River: ($12.40) 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $3.85 all in, Hero ???

i think turn is a compulsory check, by his bet OTT, we can put villain on Ax or a bluff, flush draw as worse overpairs OTF would x back turn, sometimes he might turn his weak pocket pairs like 33-99 into a bluff but against unknown i don't expect them to do this quite often

OTR do we fold or call while getting such a good price?

or should we fold turn to avoid this situation, i think folding turn is too nitty and exploitable though

With the Ks and lolpotodds i'd just sigh/call.

I could be completely wrong though.

      Hi,

Firstly you've given incorrect information. You posted the villain info/stacks from this hand:

      http://www.pokerschoolonline.com/for...OP-missed-flop

So all I know in this hand is the button is playing exactly 100bb's. Which means he's topped up, since he just paid the SB last hand. Which means he's not Sandtrap. It's some read at least.

I wouldn't mind betting again on the turn... the villain will have relatively few Ax hands in his range, so there's no great reason to give a free card to smaller pairs and flush draws.

As played I think the river is a fold, despite the great price we're getting now. It just seems not too likely he would play a hand like 88 this way, when it has some showdown value and he expects to be called a ton due to the size of the pot. I would be more tempted to bluff catch if spades didn't come in.

Since I'm not a HUD user but a note taker, shouldn't you be looking at his stealing stats instead of (VPIP: 20.85, PFR: 15.41, 3Bet Preflop: 6.15, Hands: 339)

If I was taking notes, I would like to see what does he usually steal with A high? K high? ATC?

Like Dave said, I'd prefer to bet on the turn
I would then fold to a raise and XFold on river.

Button steal, fold to 3B, and facing c-bet stats would all be much more useful than the generic vpip/pfr. These aren't even the villain's stats from this hand.
