  • NL10 6max Zoo TPWK vs 70% folder to C-Bet

    20/17/ 3bet 6% AF 2.0 Fold to flop c-bet 70% (hands that faced Cbet 50) Fold to Turn c-bet 20% (20 hands faced turn c-bet). I dont know do I beted corectly OTF because no better hands folding and worser that calling is just few flush draws. I dont believe tha he is caling with KX.

    Hi,

    I agree, it seems hard to get value from worse hands here. You could consider putting A9 in your check/calling range sometimes for that reason, but I think I would bet this combo of A9s anyway, for a couple reasons.

    1) Villain doesn't seem like a bluff candidate, nor a light call down candidate, so a hand like TT and such doesn't seem like they will put more money in the pot later anyway unless they suck out on us, which if true would make it better to just take it down now instead of allowing him to realize his equity of hitting a 2 outter or whatever outs he has (we wouldn't mind this risk if we were appropriately compensated for it by bluffs or lite call downs later in the hand).

    2) When we do get called on a c-bet I think we are not in good shape, but As9s has the potential to back door into the nut flush which helps offset that factor a bit as well.
