  • 10nl AQ 3bet pot.

BB is 15/12 over 183 hand sample, and 40% resteal, ofcourse sample is very tiny.

Is flatting AQ IP ok ? C/r the Flop ? or just call down and pray to hit flush ?

The size of the bet OTF worries me. I would think that this player has AA with this sizing. I think you can elect to raise OTF or you can flat. If you raise, this can slow the villain down sometimes or it will make the villain shove over your flop raise. If you raise OTF I think you have to be prepared to play for stacks and unfortunately AQ of clubs isn't doing too good vs. AA, so having said that I don't know if raising the flop accomplishes anything.

I think as played was good up until the river. I mean you can check this back OTR but you're only beating, busted draws... however there aren't that many busted draws... I think checking back OTR was a mistake here. He only has 6.06 left and the pot is $10! If he has KK, Kx or AA he's going to bet the rest on the river.

I would put the rest of the money in OTR. I'd only expect Kx and AA to call OTR (which I would highly discount) and I think we can fold out QQ and worse by putting their stack to the test OTR.

I'd strongly consider 4betting pre for value.

Up to the river the hand is good/standard.

As played we are pretty much at the bottom of our range. We block AK and KQ so I think this is a pretty good combo to shove with.

        Hi,

I agree vs. an aggressive restealer on flatting or 4-betting, but I lean towards flatting as I feel like our hand has too much value in position to 4b/fold (I would not continue vs a 5b) and I don't want to fold out the light resteals we dominate.

Post flop play is fine. I don't care for bluffing this spot personally. It's not bad, blocking AK/AA/KQ, but we also block most of the flush draws he would be giving up on so it seems likely he's got showdown value (particularly after his flop sizing) and with clubs bricking I think we are getting looked up a bit to often here.
