Not a full stack so more likely recreational player. Put him on a lot of JX, 7X, TX and 2 pair hands. This pot bet on turn when I check lead me to believe he was bluffing given that 1. if he had a queen he would bet less to actually get a call as it is so hard for me to call here, and I am showing weakness by checking and 2. I dont think he would have many queens in his range unless he had QJ or QT. So I opt to just shove here. I did not expect hit to bet a 7 here, and so large, for value.

I think calling or 3betting TT preflop are both okay. I'm more inclined to call if I think villain will not defend poorly or if they 4bet actively.

I don't like checking the turn and especially not checking to shove.
I also don't agree with your ranging too much and your action specifically against the range you gave villain since according to your range villain will either have us beat or have a weak 1 pair hand in which case x/shoving will put alot of pressure on 1 pair hands and get them to fold and we get called by hands that beat us. Tx is highly unlikely given there's only one T left in the deck. Range terms I'm thinking: QQ, JJ, TT, 99, 88, 77, AK(50% of the time), AQ, AJs, KQs, QJs, T9s, 98s, 87s

By the turn, I think AK would be less inclined to call as opposed to AQs with backdoor flush same goes for KQs. TT are no longer in their range, two pairs and sets are more likely to raise the flop because the board is well connected. So the hand we will see on the turn are 80% straights, set of Jacks 10%, TP AJ 10%. So by the looks of it we are behind here unless we improve to a boat or quads. Though our hand had premium value OTF, the J on the turn downgrades our hand's relative value to medium or even top of the low value category.

okies so we are bet folding turn and check folding river? What is the reason we are betting the turn? I don't think we can do it for value, but I guess it stops us from getting bluffed out of this hand. My initial plan was just to check-fold.

I'm betting around half pot/$2.50 OTT and calling a shove.
