  • 10NL ZOOM 66 missed value?

I feel like I raised out value here. What's the flop play? CO (unknown) SB (174): 20/15/1.9

I like it, its unlikely the villain 2 continues to run a bluff with 2 callers, by reraising you are building a substantial sized pot that will get 10x ranges to call all in on the turn. If villian 2 does call or push also with 10x or worst, you are getting it all in as a massive favourite (other than the unfortunate event of being up against 1010)

I don't think your line is terrible but I think a call may be the better play. You're so far ahead here pretty much always and you want to give villain 2 a shot to fire at the pot again on the turn. The re-raise just screams that you've got them crushed and should have been setting off alarm bells. Luckily villain 5 was married to his hand and you still got all his chips.

      Nice hand!

        "What's the flop play?"

Going against "don't slow play" strong hands, now (relative to a 3 way range) in this situation check flop.

Result is probably the same, though Dave and Felix may get a donkey to smack me on the head and say no. Just an idea to keep double money in?

          Hi guys,

betting and checking flop are both fine. I'm more inclined to bet because we are up against two opponents and I don't want to give a free cards to 4 outs instead of 2. Think about a hand like 77, 88, 99 that the SB could have. When we are x/r-ed from the SB and called by V5 I think its hard not to see a Tx in that spot and so I like the re-raise because I expect to get called in atleast one spot but I'm probably going to make it larger so that I have a smaller stack to shove and also our slighlty larger sizing is unlikely to get Tx to fold just yet.
