    Would he play anything worse than flush this way? (26/9/1 over 60 hands)

    Your sizing throughout the hand is too small.

    3b bigger to at least $0.40.

    Cbet bigger ($0.80 since the board is so wet).

    Bet the turn and shove the river.

      Agree with birdday on the sizings. Betting the turn and getting Odds of 1:3 with a little Implied Odds of only 1 more dollar you're actually getting the right price to call here. Also you should consider that your small turnsizing could have induced to make him raise with worse hands like 2 pair, pair + straightflushdraw etc.
