  • 2NL FR Zoom - A2s sb vs bb TTP flop raise

Unsure if I should be shoving the flop here or simply folding the river?
I thought I'd let him valueown himself and did not attempt to control this pot at all.
Yet again, did not think he was building a pot chasing a flush

3-bet the flop and stack off. You're close to the top of your range, and villains lose their minds in Blind battles. I want to get the money in before "difficult" cards come, which is just about every card in the deck apart from the remaining aces and deuces.
When villain overbet shoves the river, he has the effective nuts almost always, since there are no bluffs in his range.

The SB vs BB situation is key for me here. I agree with Arty that people do all sorts of stupid things in these situation sometimes so I'd be comfortable that two pair was good here most of the time and I'd keep raising for value vs worse Ax and flush draws that probably won't fold.

River shoves at 2NL basically always equal the nuts, so I'd just fold because it's clear he's hit his flush.
