  • NL 5; Had AA, bad beat. How should i have played it

I had no information about the Villan. He raised heavily after the flop so flush draw was out discution. I was scared that he might have had TT, but he was playing really agressive and i had the feeling he was bluffing. I got unlucky and so really frustrated but then i thought that he might have hit the three of a kind on the flop anyway. So how should i have played it?

The board is pretty wet so i'd be tempted to just 3b shove the flop at 2nl.

      Hi baprejmer,

I wouldn't rule out flush draws simply because we got raised on the flop (and I don't consider this a heavy raise... the minimum raise would be to .60c, and he's only making it .78c). I tend to agree with birdayy that at 2NL I'd be inclined to simply reraise and get it in right here... I think we'll get players stacking off AK/KQ and draws (and worse) enough for it to be profitable.
