  • River bluff or showdown ?

    player 5 hands = 703 vpip = 15 pfr = 9 f c bet = 79 t c bet = 71 r c bet = 33 Is this a good river bluff or is it better to showdown with 2 pair on the board and ace kicker

I'd usually 3b pre with AQs but given his stats flatting is ok.

I think we should be raising this flop a high amount. We have an enormous amount of equity with NFD + 2 overs that we are missing value by flatting. Infact, i'd be happy getting the money in OTF.

As played, calling the turn is fine. River is a check however. We have a decent amount of showdown value and beat all PP which got counterfeited.

      Hi XXXX,

Looks like someone's been working on improving their red line

I think you're betting to get splits to fold?
Our hand has some SD value against missed FDs but also its a good card to check to let missed FDs bluff at the pot.
I think AA/KK/QQ/TT/99 might employ a pot control line OTT by x/c-ing and hands that will bet will be Jx, draws, and air. So I think checking here is more optimal.

We might have taken a raise line OTF with the NFD + 2overcards by the way.
