Hi, villain is unkown. What the best bet sizing here ? to get teh job done making him fold if he doesn't have an Ace. And escaping from being raised if I bet too small.

Why would you want him to fold if he doesn't have the ace?

Since you're out of position, your bet serves to prevent you from being bluffed, but this board is so dry that I'd sometimes check, planning to call a bet. Villain will bet any ace, but also bet with various underpairs that you're beating, and your call will freeze him if he doesn't have the ace. (Your line looks like top set). If he barrels the turn if you check-call the flop, then you can give him credit for the ace, and you only lost one bet getting that information. If he checks behind on the turn, you're probably in good shape, and can bet small on the river hoping that QQ-TT makes a crying call.
By under-repping your hand, you can sometimes get two streets of value from worse hands. By betting the flop, you get no action from worse, and only get action from better.
By the way, for the check-call line to work, you should sometimes take the same line with AK. On dry flops where you expect villain to fold to a bet often, checking to induce a bluff is a nice way to increase your winrate.
