Ok so i get AT and my plan is to hit a flush unfortunately i dont i just get TPWK so fish donks flop for 4c i could raise but i dont want to bloat the pot with my weak kicker. On the turn i make 2 pair, the fish puts 10c into 40c i was tempted to raise here but ive seen these fishy players bet peanuts on massive hands so i opt to call. River comes they check im sure im ahead now so make a fairly decent sized bet do you think i should of played this different or do you think i was right in being cautious

I think you played it well. I don't like that turn card much, because when villain 2 donks the flop, flush draws are definitely part of his range. When the other calls, it seems likely that at least one of them has diamonds. I don't think there's any scope for raising the turn, because you'll value-own yourself. Worse hands will fold, and you'll only get action from better hands.
When the donker checks the river, about the only hands I can put him on are 8x and random Broadways that decided to continue bluffing on the turn despite being called on the flop. Villain 3 would seem to have just an ace when he doesn't bet the river. If you didn't have top two and just had the ace with a ten kicker, it would be a standard check-behind spot, but since villain can have worse two pairs and hands like A7 or even AK-AJ, then value-betting is good.
