  • 2nl 6max zoom Shove Turn?

Sorry, this hand was deleted by its owner
My call oop here may have been a little loose preflop but i was getting over 3.5-1 with a nice drawing hand,i think i actually thought i was ip when i played the hand for some reason but anyway The villian has stats of 29/26 3bet9% over 248 hands,i dont have much post flop info or especially turn info. I make my flush on the turn and lead out for value and the villian raises, should i just shove here with my strong hand?.i'd had some tough hand under hand beats in this session and i think i became a bit tentative. i think my opponent can get it in here with some sets,or should i go into call, check call mode to let them bet off worse hands? Am i holding onto past hands too much? Thanks Heaps

    Hi Nashy,

Yes, I like shoving here. This villain is pretty TAG/aggro pre and he flatted the open raise, so I'd expect him to have a lot of small pocket pairs and suited connectors in his range, all of which we are beating. He can sometimes show us AcXc but with his stats I think he'd 3b pre at least some of the time with these. He can show us something like Kc9c or Qc9c. KQc maybe, but again probably 3-betting at least some of the time. It's not impossible that he could have the naked Ac sometimes as well. The rest of his range, sets and hands like 5c4c, 6c5c, 9c7c, 7c6c, etc we are in great shape against, and would welcome getting stacks in now before a 4th club can come off. So on balance, I'd go ahead and ship this in over his raise and take my chances.
