  • 2nl6max 3handed, 53s bttn

This hand was this opponent's and my 7th hand together. His 1st hand at the table, which he folded preflop in the BB, was the 2nd time I got to showdown with the other player, where I tried to steal the blinds from the bttn 3 handed with 76o,and I then checked it to showdown vs the sb on 8c3d5cKd5. His 2nd hand at the table he raised 3x from the sb into my BB. I folded 73o. His 3rd hand at the table was where I stacked the other opponent w/ T9o 3x'ing sb into his KJo BB on AcJh8cQc2s for 54.5bb. His 4th hand, folding the BB pre, he saw me raise/fold bttn 3x vs the sb's 3bet to 9x. His 5th hand at the table he raised 3x sb into my BB and I folded. His 6th hand at the table he saw me 4bet JJ all-in preflop in sb vs the other opponent's 99 in BB and lose to a flopped set of 9's. Are you raising almost any hand on the bttn 3 handed right after losing a big pot where you got the money in preflop as a 4-1 favorite? Am I spewing w 53s in this situation? Given that I raised 53s, do you think that I played this hand ok?

Preflop is kind of borderline since the villain seems to be fairly loose, aggro and sits on a short stack. Not the best conditions for opening a hand like 53s. I would open up more highcard hands and cut off the low cards or garbage.

Postflop I like how you played the hand and I would have played it the same way.
